Condominiums in History

In the US, the first condominium law was passed in 1958 while the first condominium was built in Salt Lake City, Utah in 1960. It was initially designed as a housing cooperative. By 1969, more condominiums were built in almost every state most especially in South Florida where many Americans first came to recognize the new existence of condominium life.
